Do you have a favorite blogger? Someone whose posts never fail to make you laugh or make your world a little better? Well, I do...and her name is Kate...from The Small Things Blog. Now, Kate is a hair stylist and beauty product lover...I, on the other hand, am not into beauty products but I absolutely love her hair tutorials. Even beyond that, Kate is a Christian and is very open about her faith on her blog...I happen to love this fact even more than the hair stuff :)
Having been on a non-stop merry-go-round of chaos related to work lately, just getting to church on Sundays has been almost my only solace the last few weeks. However, today's blog post from Kate was not about hair, makeup or pregnancy (she's due in December)...today's blog post was about Naaman. I'm sure there is no way Kate could have known that I would be reading her post on a Friday night at 11pm desperately in need of some Godly inspiration. I also imagine that she will never truly know how thankful I am for her precious words today...but I hope that one day I can do for others what she's done for me today.
So, do me a favor and check out Kate's blog...and while you're there, spend some time looking around. After all...I found her last year on Pinterest while looking for hairstyles...and tonight, God used her words to calm my heart :) Thankful does not even begin to describe me tonight.
